Sometimes I was thinking about an idea of my personal blog. However I decided to write the blog, which wont be so personal, but it will be interesting to write also interesting to read.

The term Epsychologist doest mean that I am a psychologist, but it is definitely the truth that I am interested in it. So this blog is like my hobby. I am going to share with you my ideas, and I would be really happy to hear yours as well.

So what is psychology? Why people decide that they need psychological help? It looks like that the answer should be very easy, they have some kind of problem, and they want to solve it, in order to do it they decide they need help.

In this blog, I am going to post my ideas about psychological help. How people solve such a problems like depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem issues. What works, and what doesn’t. The blog is two-way of communication, so I would like to create the bridge between You and me, my dear visitor.
